For Sam's walk on Sunday 20 April

Sam This is Sam Cook, a loyal, hard working and enthusiastic member of the Millennium Farm Trust.

M.F.T. is a Suffolk-based charity offering farming experience and conservation work to adults with Learning Difficulties.

M.F.T. is self-supporting and relies on donations, grants and fund-raising activities to fund its work. Sam has decided he would like to raise some much-needed funds for his charity by undertaking an 18 mile sponsored walk from Bury St Edmunds to Clare on Sunday April 20th. This will be a considerable achievement for Sam and he needs all the support and encouragement we can offer. He is already training hard and has undertaken practice walks in preparation for the BIG WALK on Sunday 20th April.

YOU COULD HELP SAM BY:

  • Offering to sponsor him.
  • Joining him and, hopefully, many others on his sponsored walk. Download a sponsorship form here.
  • Putting up a flyer (6MB file) at your place of work or giving it to people you know.

To join Sam on the walk on 20th April, please complete the entry form and bring it with you on the day. You are welcome to come on the walk to raise money for another charity, but there is a registration fee of £5 per person in this case.

Contact Sam or David on 01787 237460 for further details.
